Veronica T. Gordon is a lawyer, entrepreneur, property developer, and hotel owner based in Bermuda. She is the owner, developer, and operator of Hillcrest Boutique Hotel in the UNESCO World Heritage Town of St. George’s, Bermuda.
Over the course of her career, Veronica has been involved in property development, business strategy, hospitality, and law. She led the restoration and repositioning of the historic Hillcrest property, transforming it into a modern boutique hotel while preserving its heritage character.
In recognition of her contribution to Bermuda’s tourism investment sector, Hillcrest received a Bermuda Tourism Investment Order, and Veronica was recognized by the Bermuda Tourism Association as one of its Women of the Year in 2025.
Veronica is the mother of Ethan Daley (2001), Elan Daley (2005), and Elijah Daley (2006). Her parents are deceased.
