This arrangement is designed for those seeking a fully private setting for group stays, celebrations, or hosted occasions, with all accommodations and shared spaces reserved solely for the host and their guests. With exclusive property use, the estate becomes a luxurious retreat dedicated entirely to one group, allowing gatherings to unfold naturally within a refined boutique atmosphere.
The estate comprises:
A Master Suite featuring a Chef's Kitchen, generous gathering area, large balcony, 5 piece ensuite bathroom, and private laundry;
ten (10) King Suites,
two (2) Queen Suites,
and one Bachelor Suite
accommodating up to twenty-seven (27) overnight guests.
All commercial operations are suspended, and no other guest bookings are accepted during this period.
Private use includes accommodation, daily hospitality, exclusive use of all amenities, estate staffing, continental breakfast, and a complimentary curated daily house beverage allotment.
Guests may engage a private chef of their choosing to work from the estate’s chef’s kitchen, allowing for dining arrangements to be made privately and at the group’s discretion, making it one of the top luxury retreats for unforgettable private group stays.

• Outdoor capacity limits:
• Back Deck: maximum 125 persons
• Gardens: maximum 150 persons
• Capacities include all guests, vendors, performers, and staff.
Event Parameters
• Hillcrest offers exclusive property use for your events but does not provide event décor, staging, furniture, or party infrastructure.
• Any host-provided installations or equipment must be fully removed by the host, and all event areas returned to their original condition at the conclusion of the gathering.
• Events conclude by 11:00 PM, with music and bar service ending at that time.
• Hosted gatherings at our luxury retreats are designed for adult-oriented social, corporate, and celebratory use, making them perfect for private group stays.
