This arrangement is designed for those seeking a fully private setting for group stays, celebrations, or hosted occasions, with all accommodations and shared spaces reserved solely for the host and their guests.
With the estate entirely dedicated to one group, Hillcrest becomes a private retreat — allowing gatherings to unfold naturally within a refined boutique atmosphere.
The estate comprises:
A Master Suite featuring a Chef's Kitchen, generous gathering area, large balcony, 5 piece ensuite bathroom and private laundry,
ten (10) King Suites, two (2) Queen Suites, and one Bachelor Suite designed for single occupancy, accommodating up to twenty-seven (27) overnight guests. No other guest bookings are accepted during this period.
Private use includes accommodation, daily hospitality, amenities, estate staffing, continental breakfast and a complimentary curated house beverage allotment designed to support both the stay and any hosted gathering. Further details are shared upon enquiry.
Guests may engage a private chef of their choosing to work from the estate’s chef’s kitchen, allowing dining to be arranged privately and at the group’s discretion.
For groups wishing to further tailor their stay, the following experiences may be arranged in advance:
• Dedicated AV-equipped meeting space suitable for board meetings, retreats, and private presentations (offsite, approximately a two-minute walk)
• Charter yacht experiences, including half-day and full-day excursions
• In-room or on-site massage treatments
• Private wellness sessions such as yoga, meditation, or breathwork
All add-ons are coordinated in advance and designed to integrate seamlessly with the estate experience.
Event Timing & Capacity
• Outdoor capacity limits:
• Back Deck: maximum 125 persons
• Gardens: maximum 150 persons
• Capacities include all guests, vendors, performers, and staff
Event Parameters
• Hillcrest does not provide event décor, staging, furniture, or party infrastructure.
• Any host-provided installations or equipment must be fully removed by the host, and all event areas returned to their original condition at the conclusion of the gathering.
• Events conclude by 11:00 PM, with music and bar service ending at that time.
• Hosted gatherings are designed for adult-oriented social, corporate, and celebratory use.
